These terms cover your use of Ship Jay. By making an account you agree to them.
Your account
Give us true details and keep your sign in safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including actions by teammates you invite and by API keys you create. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
Paying for labels
There is no subscription. You add funds to your balance, and each label is charged at the price shown when you buy it. A label you buy is yours to use. Carriers can adjust a charge after a label is used, for example when the real weight differs from what was entered. We record any adjustment in your ledger and you may dispute it.
Refunds
You can request a refund for a label you did not use. The carrier decides each request, and we credit your balance once the carrier approves it. We cannot promise an outcome the carrier has not given.
What you may ship
You must follow the rules of the carrier you choose and the law, including rules on prohibited and restricted items and on customs declarations. You are responsible for the accuracy of addresses, weights, sizes and declared values you enter.
Acceptable use
Do not use Ship Jay to ship anything unlawful, to commit fraud, to probe or disrupt the service, or to access another account. We may suspend an account that does.
Deliveries and carriers
Carriers move your parcels, not us. Delivery times shown are the carrier’s estimates. Claims for loss or damage follow the carrier’s own process and any insurance you bought on the label.
The service
We work to keep Ship Jay available and correct, but we provide it as it is. We may change features, and we will give notice of changes that matter. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses.
Ending your account
You can stop using Ship Jay at any time. Contact [email protected] about any balance you still hold. We may end or suspend an account that breaks these terms.
