No monthly fees. Sign up and ship when you want.
You pay for the labels you buy and nothing else. If you ship ten parcels this month and none next month, that is exactly what you pay for.

How paying works
Sign up
Use your email. No card is needed.
Add funds
Top up from the Billing page whenever you like. The smallest top up is $5.
Buy labels
Pick a service, check the price, slide to buy. The price is taken from your balance.
Insurance, a signature requirement and similar add-ons are optional and priced on the label screen before you buy. Rates depend on the carrier, the service, the weight and the distance.
Pricing questions
For everything else, see what is included and the general questions.
Do I pay anything to sign up?
No. Making an account is free and asks for no card. You only add funds when you want to buy a label.
Is there a plan I need to choose?
No. There are no plans and no tiers, so there is nothing to outgrow or downgrade.
What does a label cost?
The price shown next to the service on the rate board. We show it before you buy and charge exactly that. There is no separate per label fee added on top.
What if the carrier changes the charge later?
Carriers sometimes adjust a charge after a label is used, for example when a parcel weighs more than entered. An adjustment appears in your ledger as its own line with the label it belongs to, and you can dispute it.
What happens if I do not ship for a month?
Nothing. There is no fee for a quiet month, and nothing renews or charges you on a schedule.
Can I get a label refunded?
Yes, if it was not used. Request a refund from the label page. The carrier decides, and your balance is credited when it approves.
